I live in London, England. My studio is in an upstairs room but has slowly crept into all areas of the house! Artworks which cannot fit into my studio can be found in my daughter’s wardrobe, my husband’s home office and in the garage. I generally carry out my hand stitching in the lounge and complete the construction in the studio. It is also where I keep artbooks, reference books and exhibition catalogues which, along with found objects, become part of the inspiration for my work. Can't live without... Good light Uncluttered spaces Books, lots and lots of books Sharp scissors Beautiful silk threads Chocolate Mental space

A lovely calm working space for meaningful textile art. Nice to see the space and artist.

Thank you June...yes, a calm space for thinking. I often come up with the titles for my artworks here.

Love your library and your work space - and Yes, the fact that you have 'spread' your creativity around the house! Thanks for sharing.
