My home studio has a lovely garden view. It is where I surround myself with things I love that kindle creative energy – colourful threads, fabrics, found objects and sketches. I immerse myself with music as I work. It’s my place and I have added my special touches. Tamara's Studio Space.. Can' live without... My trusty old Bernina and Husqvarna sewing machines both are over 30 years old but going strong. A fantastic collection of threads - both for hand and machine stitching Great storage for my stash of fabrics My collection of found, reclaimed and upcycled items The lovely garden view whilst I’m working And Jess my constant working companion (pictured) Tamara's Fibre Arts workshop details here

Goodness me. An artist friend in Tassie just sent me this whole site. I spotted the name Tamara Russell. Are you the tenacious Tamara who used to live at 58 Vasey? You pulled out an entire kitchen by yourself. You moved. You were a textile artist. Lost track of you.
