I went to Fibre Arts Winter School 2019, I sat around a long table with eleven like-minded women
and a delightful young man called Richard McVetis, a textile artist from UK. Richard freely shared his
skills and passion for stitch, it was fun, relaxing and companionable. I learnt heaps and got to
experiment with various stitches, all with fabulous meals that I didn’t have to cook!

Fibre Arts Australia is inspiring for both the students and tutors. The energy is outstanding, it’s infectious which makes the week flow effortlessly.
